We have extensive experience in estate planning and the drafting of wills and trusts.  We take the particular needs of each client into account in structuring each estate plan on a customized basis, with particular emphasis on minimizing estate tax and assuring wealth preservation and asset protection.  We also regularly appear in the probate courts of Dallas, Collin and Tarrant Counties to probate wills, to obtain letters appointing personal representatives and to deal with contested estate matters.
